For this fall season, I’m really excited to partner up with Bar III to show you ways I’m #SettingTheBar in NYC. I just love the temperature this time of the year because it is perfect to wear a suit whenever and wherever I go. With Bar III, it’s all about setting the bar with their men’s style selection. This plaid suit immediately got my attention as a must-have this season. Plaid is definitely and always in for the fall. Here I break down two ways to wear a plaid suit. Go from day to night - the plaid suit is a great addition to the wardrobe this season.
Plaid Suit Two Ways
Full Suit - The plaid pattern in charcoal on this suit is nice and subtle. It works well because the charcoal grey is a darker shade for the season and the bold pattern is much more subtle this way. A great way to break away from the essential grey and navy suits that everyone has in their wardrobe. Setting the bar in the office for what great work style can be. Pair the plaid suit with a purple dot tie for a nice pop, a complementing pattern mix combo. Then step it up with a black monkstrap shoe with the Kilitie.
Night Out - Break down the plaid suit and rock the jacket for the night out. Switch it up with a plain black tie - sleek and sharp pair with the jacket. Go sharp casual with some fitting jeans and you’ve successfully changed the look from office to weekend in no time. Really setting the bar for men’s style even on the weekend. Now you are ready to hit the town for a date night or fun time with friends (while looking sharp!)
