Hiroshima Style in Pinstripe Blazer & Sweatshirt

Here’s another way to make use of the suit – wear the pieces as separates in a casual style. I wanted to dress down the pinstripe blazer for a sharp casual look in Hiroshima. I went with classic essential items of any wardrobe like the Todd Snyder Grey Sweatshirt and light blue jeans from Uniqlo. Who said sweatshirts can’t be sharp? This style works best with a more casual type of fabric like cotton for the blazer since it matches better with the overall casual tone. A great look for the spring – going for the lighter colors and layers as the weather (hopefully) starts warming up. Depending on the day of the week or occasion, you can easily go with a pair of oxfords, loafers, or sneakers. I chose the sneakers since I did a full day of exploring a new city in Japan. Overall the outfit is kept simple and minimalistic – letting your style do all the walking and talking. I added some accessories to make the outfit my own unique style with a GQ Pin and The Tie Bar pocket square.
